Becoming a member: It costs $16.00 to become a member of the Virginia Coop Credit Union. $5.00 goes into a savings account in your name, and you become a share member of the credit union. The other $11 is a fee. The $5.00 is returnable to you if you close your account with VCCU.

Variable Rate Home Equity Line of Credit - No closing costs
Fixed Rate Home Equity Loans - Our members only pay the costs incurred by the Credit Union for processing and filing the mortgage. We do not make any money off the closing costs. Please call a loan officer for approximate amounts.
